I am  a dedicated,  independent home inspector in business to offer a personal service to my clients  by providing the best objective information on the home they are purchasing.  My background includes over 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry.  I have performed inspections in the Greater Houston Area on all types, ages and sizes of houses.  As a former home builder, I have overseen the completion of hundreds of houses from lot clear through closing and have extensive knowledge in all phases of the home building process.   My experience  allows me to “know what to look for” during the inspection process.  Many deficiencies in a home can be overlooked because the symptoms and problems are not visible to an inexperienced eye.

All clients are welcome to accompany me during the inspection process and I am glad to provide the personal service required to answer questions and explain any items of concern on the property.  Once you have received your inspection report, I am available to answer any questions you may have concerning the report.  Answers are just a phone call away.

I do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs and will do inspections on the weekends.

I offer a fast turn around and reports are sent via e-mail to you no later than the morning following the inspection.
